Kevin, Nini, and team did an incredible job for us. My wife and I were looking for our first home and they quickly understood our style and aesthetic and made sure to show us only the options that would interest us. Our journey to find our new home actually started while working with another agent. However, we were dissatisfied with our existing agent so we decided to reach out to Nini and we never looked back. Nini and Kevin’s expertise and level of service was night and day compared to the other agent. Their knowledge of the real estate market, different neighborhoods, and the buildings we were interested in as well as new developments was evident early on. The best part of Kevin and his team is that they have a strong idea of what the seller is looking for in an offer and how to translate that into helping the seller secure the sale. In our most recent purchase, we weren't the highest bidder (there were about 6 bidders) nor did we provide an all cash position; however by understanding the values of the sellers and by advocating for "us" to the selling agent we were able to secure a sale.
When it came to providing a financial offer, he got together with his team as well as his connections with financing to help us understand the market conditions (comps) and what a strong offer would be. As one who was reluctant to get into a bidding war or overpaying, he did a great job at understanding current market conditions and presenting a fair and strong offer. To balance offer success vs. offer, Kevin's team executed strongly. I'd say that compared to my peers who were also house shopping, they made multiple offers for properties whereas we made strong and targeted offers (we made 2 offers for 1 purchase and 1 offer for another).
For our property sale, he helped us by identifying small upgrades to help support a strong staging and ultimate sale. He also did a great job providing a target sale price which was attractive and allowed traffic during open houses. His team did a great job at marketing our property: pricing, beautifying it, knowledgeable agents during open-houses, and by generating foot-traffic/showings.

On the buyer’s side, Kevin and team helped us buy our dream condo and avoid going into a bidding war - at a time in the market when that was typical. We hired Kevin Gueco to sell our unit at Radiance in the Mission Bay area of San Francisco just after he had sold our immediate neighbor's unit with results never previously achieved in that building. Kevin and his team were very creative with the listing, without having to have an open house, I already had 2 valid buyers within a week after listing was posted! I never sold a house before, and with a challenging SF market, Kevin knows the area and the clientele like the back of his hand.
