They were also always able to schedule tours and walkthroughs of units immediately, even during recent Covid times. Network. The unit I ended up buying was off-market and I was fortunate that Nini and Marcell had an expansive enough of a network to find the listing. They were also able to connect me with other professionals throughout the process for services such as getting a loan and having an inspection done. Friendliness. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Nini and Marcell were both just incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. I threw them a ton of curveballs and there were lots of external factors that made the purchase challenging (like Covid and a volatile market), but Nini and Marcell always pushed me to make whatever asks I needed to get what I wanted. I really appreciate how comfortable they made me feel the entire time and I undoubtedly came out ahead because of it.
