Soomin accompanied us to the open house on Sunday and built a strong rapport with the listing agent. The house was extremely popular and ended up receiving a pre-emptive all cash offer over listing price and 5 other offers just two days on market, but our offer got accepted as Soomin was able to connect with the listing agent all throughout the offer day to get a signal for a 'strong offer'. We didn't leave any money on the table, as our offer was just over $10,000 higher than the next best offer.
