Meet Nini Gueco

As a Mortgage Consultant for 8 years and the founder of Avant-Barre, Nini Gueco brings a striking combination of client service mastery, business savvy, and entrepreneurial wisdom to the Gueco Real Estate Team. She merges acute intuition, attention to detail, geographical insight, and invaluable industry experience to achieve outstanding results for all her clients.

 

Born and raised in San Francisco, Nini has always called the Bay Area home and was introduced to Real Estate at a very early age. Her mom was a successful Real Estate and Mortgage Broker who owned a Century 21 franchise before retiring to become a stay-at-home mom when Nini was in grade school. After earning her degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University, Nini started her career as an auditor with Deloitte. With her experience in client service and her desire to follow her mother's footsteps, Nini jumped at the opportunity to join the San Francisco Builder Division of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2006.

 

She continued her career in mortgage lending until 2014 when her background in dance and her love of fitness and movement moved her to create Avant-Barre, an independent group fitness studio in SOMA. Nini successfully transformed the barre fitness genre, creating a challenging and totally unique fitness class and building an incredible team of trainers and studio managers who helped make Avant-Barre the #1 barre studio in San Francisco. After 3 years of running her thriving fitness business, Nini was recruited back into the Real Estate world by her husband, Kevin. Together they form a dynamic partnership that is revolutionizing the experience of buying and selling real estate in San Francisco. 

 

Nini is also a proud Alumna of Saint Ignatius College Preparatory in the Sunset. Go Wildcats!
