In 2018, Tim listed a $17M penthouse in Melbourne, Australia for billionaire client Anthony Podesta on the back of a proprietary hyper-targeting strategy of HNW buyers from China and Southern Asian hubs.
In 2019, Tim was scouted to sell The Four Seasons Private Residences, San Francisco, listing $1.2B worth of condominiums across 146 individual residences. After being on a team that successfully negotiated a sale at $3,000 per foot and $18M worth of sales in a single week, his attention quickly shifted to the growing traction of his media platform, Condo Weekly, and creating something more meaningful than sales alone, aiming to be the first platform to leverage Virtual Reality to sell luxury condominiums.
